Hydropower Plant Mühlau - Construction of a Fish Ladder Colenco was requested by Energie Ltd Kirchberg to construct a fish ladder for the existing channel hydropower plant Mühlau in north eastern Switzerland. With a vertical slot pass and a naturally built connecting section in the rock to the tailwater, the fish population regains the natural upstream movements to the upper stretch of the river. The work began in December 2001 and will continue on through the winter.
